MFR Coaching & Consulting (MFRCC) brings together passionate coaches, consultants, and facilitators who are unapologetically committed to people.
Our founder, Melanie Ryan, built MFRCC after witnessing firsthand how traditional leadership approaches and organizational structures fall short. Drawing from her executive experience across corporate and nonprofit, she developed frameworks that actually work - because they start with human beings, not buzzwords.
